We’re heading out on a two-week adventure through Europe, and I wanted to share our itinerary in advance. Think of this as both a preview of what we’re planning and a resource for anyone considering a similar trip. Once we return, I’ll update this post with real travel notes, photos, and tips to make it even more helpful.

The Itinerary
Days 1–3: London, England
We’ll kick off the trip in London with a stay at the Waldorf Hilton. Highlights will include exploring Kensington Gardens, catching The Devil Wears Prada in the West End, and enjoying afternoon tea. We’re also leaving time for a day trip to Windsor Castle or Warwick Castle. (Sixteen year old Jason Michael cannot believe he’s seeing Vanessa Williams! Maybe she’ll show up at the stage door after?)
Days 4–7: Dublin & Galway, Ireland
From London, we fly to Dublin, where Guinness and Jameson tastings are already on the list. After a day in the capital, we’ll head west to Galway for live music, the Latin Quarter, and a day trip to the Cliffs of Moher along the Wild Atlantic Way.
Days 8–11: Paris, France
Next stop: Paris. We’ll stay at the Hilton Paris Opera and enjoy a Seine dinner cruise, a wine tasting at Les Caves du Louvre, and an evening at the Moulin Rouge. Other highlights include Sainte-Chapelle, Notre Dame, and a walk through the Tuileries Gardens toward the Eiffel Tower. We’ll see the famed covered passages and make Andrew’s obligatory stop at Disneyland.
Days 12–14: Back to London
To finish, we’ll take the Eurostar back to London and spend our last two nights in the city before flying home. This gives us a chance to revisit favorite spots and capture anything we missed the first time around.
Why Share This Itinerary Now?
I know many travelers like to see examples of real trip planning, not just polished highlights after the fact. This post shows what we’re setting out to do, and when we return, I’ll update it with photos, restaurant notes, tips on what worked (and what we’d change), and links to detailed guides for each destination.
